Our clinic is located in at Strathaven Shopping Center in Harare. We have experience and extensive knowledge as well as qualifications in Diet, Natural Therapies and treating people. We offer almost every service in the medical field, with exception to emergency rooms and casualties from accidents.
Our approach is based on the use of Natural remedies and therapies that have been found to be effective in treating many different illnesses. The simple use of organic and natural foods but with proper guidance is a cost effective way of fighting diseases. That’s what we are good at. Dr Nyasha Zvemoyo is our medical practitioner, a qualified Dietician with certification in the field and accreditation from the Natural Therapies Council of Zimbabwe.

Hypertension (BP)
If you have high blood pressure, it is recommend that you eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, lean protein, and whole grains. At the same time, try to avoid red meat, salt (sodium), and foods and drinks that contain added sugars. These foods can keep your blood pressure elevated.
Cancer
A diet high in whole foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, healthy fats and lean protein may prevent cancer. Conversely, processed meats, refined carbs, salt and alcohol may increase your risk. Though no diet has been proven to cure cancer, plant-based and keto diets may lower your risk or benefit treatment.
Ulcers
Apples, pears, oatmeal, and other foods that are high in fiber are good for ulcers in two ways. Fiber can lower the amount of acid in your stomach while easing bloating and pain. Research has also shown that a diet rich in fiber may help prevent ulcers.
HIV and AIDS
There’s no specific eating plan for people with HIV, but an overall healthy diet can help your health a lot. The virus weakens your immune system. Because your body uses nutrients to keep up its defenses against germs, eating well can help you fight off infections.
